Shipping Information
Once your order is confirmed, our team will begin processing it within 2 working days (Monday to Friday). If an item requires restocking or experiences unexpected delays, our team will notify you via email.
If a product is not immediately available in our warehouse, please allow 1–2 weeks for processing. Your order may be fulfilled in multiple shipments; you’ll receive separate tracking details for each.

Standard Shipping: Complimentary Domestic shipping is available on all orders.
Taxes & Duties
All prices listed are inclusive of domestic taxes.
However, customs duties for international orders are not included and must be paid by the customer, as per local regulations. Please check with your country’s customs office prior to placing an order.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read the following guidelines carefully:
Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges

Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, in their original condition, with tags attached.

Final sale items and customized pieces are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

India Customers

Return Shipping
India

Once your request is approved, a pickup will be scheduled within 1–5 days.

A ₹100 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.
International

Customers are responsible for shipping returns using a tracked courier service.

We will provide a pre-paid return label for all eligible cases.
Important Guidelines

Exchanges are valid for the same or higher order value only.

Items from the Exclusive Sale are not eligible for exchange.

Exchange orders are final—they are not eligible for refunds or store credit once initiated.

Refunds will be processed 2–3 business days after the returned product clears our quality check. Once approved, refunds will be credited to your original payment method within up to 20 business days.

If your order is canceled after dispatch, refunds will only be initiated once the product is returned to our warehouse and passes the quality check.
