What is the Exclusive
The Melrose Club Exclusive Sale is a limited-time event where we reopen access to select pieces from past collections—available at exclusive pricing. These items will not be restocked.
The sale begins with Private Access for existing customers, followed by Early Access for registered members, and finally opens to General Access for all.
All updates will be shared through our official channels—email, WhatsApp, and social media.
Can I return or exchange items purchased on sale?
No. All sales made during the Exclusive Sale are final. We are unable to offer returns or exchanges on Exclusive items. Please review all product details and sizing carefully before placing your order.
Can I cancel my Exclusive order?
Due to high order volumes, orders placed during the Archive Sale cannot be amended or cancelled. All sales are final.
Can I change or modify my order?
We are unable to make changes to Exclusive Sale orders once they are placed. This includes:

Melrose Club offers various fits—regular, relaxed, and boxy—so be sure to check the fit and size before placing your order.
How will I know if my order is confirmed?
You’ll receive an order confirmation via email and WhatsApp shortly after placing your order.
What is the delivery timeline for my order?

Domestic (India): 7–10 working days

International: 10–14 working days
Tracking details will be sent via email and WhatsApp once your order is ready to ship. We ship Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays).
What are the shipping costs?

Free shipping on all orders—domestic.

For international orders, import duties and taxes are the customer’s responsibility. Please check with your local customs office for estimated charges.
Is express shipping available?
No. Due to high volume, all orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis, and express shipping is not available during the Exclusive Sale.
How can I track my order?
Shipping details will be shared via email and WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.
Will you offer price adjustments on past purchases?
No. Price adjustments will not be offered for items purchased before the Exclusive Sale. Sale pricing applies only to orders placed during the event.
Is the Exclusive Sale available in-store?
No. The Archive Sale is exclusively online. Exclusive items will not be available in stores during the sale period.
What happens if an item I ordered is out of stock?
In rare cases, an item may become unavailable after you place your order due to high demand. If that happens, we’ll notify you and issue a full refund for the affected item(s).
